Precision Laser Cutting

Promart have invested in the latest fiber laser cutting technology in order to provide a service which is not only cheaper than the rest, but delivered sooner and on time every time.

Fabrication & Assembly


We have a full fabrication shop at our disposal, including welding, polishing, assembly, drilling, tapping and grinding.

We can produce a full assembly to a customers drawing from the ground up until completion.

Punch


Operations such as tapping, countersinking and chamfering can be carried out on our state of the art punch before transferring the sheet to the laser where it can then be profiled, which reduces unnecessary time and costs.

Bending


With three pressbrakes on site, our skilled operators can ensure that any parts can be formed to the tightest of tolerances and to the highest standards in the industry.

CNC Machining Centre


Our new CNC turning centre has the ability to machine items up to a diameter of 380mm and a length of up to 1024mm. Whether it be a small one off item required for a repair, or large batch quantities, we have the expertise to carry out any machining task.

Our estimators have years of experience pricing all operations offered by Promart, meaning you will only ever receive highly competitive pricing and a professional service, from quoting right through to order completion.

Design Office

Accuracy and attention to detail is at the heart of everything we do at Promart and these attributes are very evident in our CAD office where a highly skilled team produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D computer models that are used by our shop floor to manufacture each product.

The majority of our CAD team have come through from our shop floor so are well rooted in the demands of manufacturing to our exacting standards.

All drawings are kept on file so, if any alterations are needed on a previously produced part, it can be easily carried out and stored for all future productions.

Delivery

We can deliver all jobs nationwide, no matter how small or large, with the customer safe in the knowledge that it will be packed and wrapped to a high standard to ensure the items are in perfect condition on arrival.
